Code fixes took half the time: Capy with GStack/GBrain versus Codex
On September 15, 2026, Garry Tan spent about half the time on a series of fixes that the same work would have taken directly with Codex or Claude Code. He used Capy together with GStack/GBrain and the same top-tier models.

I just started using @capydotai together with GStack/GBrain for several rounds of fixes across open issues and PRs. This setup got through them in roughly half the time that working directly with Codex or Claude Code would have taken for a full day, using the same top-tier models. I'm blown away.

Working directly with Codex or Claude Code, Tan estimates, would have taken a day for this task. He now ran it through Capy with GStack/GBrain and finished in roughly half the time.
The models are the same. Tan compares two setups using the same top-tier models. In this case, what differs is the way fixes for open issues and PRs are handled, not the model itself.
For now, this is Garry Tan's working experience, not a standalone comparison test.
