Claude Artifact paints photos in the style of Monet: Opus 5.5 demo available through Customize
23.09.2026 Peter Young released Claude Artifact: the app takes an uploaded photo and renders it in the style of Monet, Van Gogh, and other artists. Claude.ai accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP up to 30 MB and 8000×8000 pixels. Anthropic recommends images from 1000×1000 pixels, and Young included a video assembly tutorial.

Previously, someone else's Artifact had to be recreated from scratch. Now Customize creates a new chat and adds the original's contents to it. The button is available on Free, Pro, Max, and Claude for Work.
For a new user, clicking Customize automatically enables Artifacts. Without a Claude account, Claude will offer registration.
Who pays. Since 25.06.2025, Anthropic has counted AI-powered Artifacts calls against the limit of the person who runs the app, not its author. The author does not need an API key or payment for runs by others.
Prices checked on 19.05.2026. Free costs $0, Pro costs $20 per month or $200 per year. Max 5x costs $100 per month, Max 20x costs $200 per month.
After Customize, the demo content lives in a new Claude chat.
