On Sep 22, Anthropic offered Claude Opus 5.5 through the API under the ID `claude-opus-5-5`. On Sep 26, Higgsfield demonstrated calling the model through MCP from Claude, Cursor, or a custom agent configuration.
ChatGPT requires the Higgsfield plugin: the `@higgsfield /use-after-effects` command starts animation creation in an open After Effects composition. The workflow begins with an idea description and uploads of a logo, SVG, images, or video, followed by Motion Presets, text, color, and timing edits, rendering, and export up to 4K.
Six roles. Claude Opus 5.5 handles the script and automation, Higgsfield prepares visual assets, and Blender takes on 3D scenes and camera work.

Pricing and compatibility. The Claude Opus 5.5 API costs $4 per 1 million input tokens and $20 per 1 million output tokens, with a context window of 1 million tokens. Higgsfield generations through MCP and the plugin use standard plan credits: there is no hard spending cap, but the agent can state the price and request confirmation before launch.
When migrating from Claude Opus 5, four changes matter: thinking cannot be disabled, forced tool use returns an error, thinking blocks are tied to the model and conversation, and `computer_20251124` accepts neither Claude API nor Google Cloud.
Blender 5.2.2 LTS from Sep 15 is available for Windows, Windows ARM, macOS on Apple Silicon, and Linux; it is free/open-source software. After Effects 26.5 requires at least 16 GB RAM, 4 GB of video memory, and 8 GB of disk space, while Adobe recommends 32 GB RAM for 4K. Suno Free offers up to 7 trial downloads total, Pro provides 20 per month, and Premier provides 60; Soundly Free includes more than 3,000 effects and indexing for up to 10,000 local files.
Final editing remains in After Effects rather than inside the agent.
