Share a working technique with your team: Every Agent saves it as a skill in Slack
Teams can run saved skills through a shared AI agent in Slack, including tasks involving code and documents.

The Every team tries to delegate as much work as possible to agents. To let everyone share skills when a new model comes out, they built a shared company agent on Claude Managed Agents that everyone uses in Slack. Once the agent became part of the team's workflow, they released it to their subscribers.

Every Agent added 2 speakers to the Thesis website at Douglas Brundage's request in Slack. The agent pulled materials from Figma and opened a PR.
An engineer reviewed and merged the changes. Every previously offered personal agents called Plus One. The company has now replaced them with a shared agent built on Claude Managed Agents and released it to subscribers after using it internally.
One skill for the team. You can ask the agent to save a repeatable task as a skill, a set of instructions for future runs. The whole team can then use it. Corrections from a Slack thread can also be saved for future tasks.
The Every team built a shared agent to share skills as new models come out and delegate as much work as possible to agents. Dan Shipper turned 30,000 editorial changes by Kate Lee into a skill called Kate Pass. When called with @Every in Slack, the agent leaves suggestions directly in a Google Doc.
How to connect Every Agent
On the installation page, click Install in Slack, select a workspace and approve the permissions. If app installation is restricted, a Slack administrator must connect it. You can send a task by direct message or by mentioning @Every.
Both methods work on Slack's free plan. The dedicated interface for AI agents requires a paid Slack plan. If you close the setup, Smart selection turns on after about 10 minutes, and the agent starts joining public channels on its own.
Manual selection prevents the agent from joining channels on its own and scheduling tasks.
Start without a card. Under the terms as of Oct 6, 2026, each user gets $15 to use the agent, up to $500 per workspace. After the free $15, an Every membership is required. The team plan costs $30 per person per month, with additional tokens billed separately at API rates with no markup.
Compound Engineering and Compound Writing are already installed. The agent supports connections to:
- Google Drive; - Gmail; - Notion; - Figma; - GitHub; - HubSpot; - more than 1,000 other tools.

Before the public launch, the Every team had used the shared agent for almost 6 months.
