Build mini-apps in chat: Hark Pro creates Panels from descriptions
As of Oct 6, Hark Pro is available on iOS, Android and in the browser, with all features free to use.

During a demo for TechCrunch, Hark proactively suggested booking a flight for Abidur Chowdhury. It also suggested approving expenses and replying to emails.
Hark has released a personal AI assistant focused on privacy. TechCrunch places it among competitors to Muse, Dots and Instinct.
An app from a description. In Hark, users can ask the assistant to create a Panels mini-app directly in the chat. It appears in Home, and the Reply button lets users request changes to its appearance or ask a question about the data.
A one-off workflow can be saved for reuse: at the user's request, the assistant saves a multistep task as Specialties. To run it regularly, users need to ask for it to be set up as Scheduled Tasks in the same chat.
Working on websites. Handoff starts when a user gives Hark a task that requires a browser. The agent works on a cloud computer, logs into websites and fills out forms.
According to Hark's Oct 6 announcement, Handoff controls up to 6 browsers simultaneously. The system also reads files, accesses external databases and uses MCP.
The assistant connects to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 directly through APIs. It uses Handoff for other websites.
Users can get started at hark.com. Sign-in options include:
- Continue with Google. - Continue with Apple. - Email or phone, then Continue.
All features are available for free. Paid subscriptions increase usage allowances under the launch terms announced on Oct 6:
| Access | Price | Usage allowance | | --- | --- | --- | | Basic | Free | Base allowance | | Hark Pro² | $20 per month | 2 times the base allowance | | Hark Pro³ | $100 per month | 10 times the base allowance |
Hark brings mini-app creation, tasks on websites and recurring assignments together in one chat.
