One of my favorite ways to use Claude as a product manager is to ask: "Who used <feature> most often last week? Make me an artifact with the top 10 by usage frequency, then contact them and schedule 15-minute conversations." It's the fastest way to get user feedback!

You can ask Claude to find the 10 users who used a feature most often over the past week and invite them to a 15-minute conversation.
Doing this manually means gathering analytics data, compiling a list and scheduling meetings. In Claude, you can describe the same workflow in a single prompt. It works in a regular chat with connected services; no separate interview app is needed.
Data for selection. Amplitude gives Claude usage analytics and user data. This connection also lets you create cohorts: groups of users who meet specified criteria. Gmail handles email, while Google Calendar can find a time when everyone is free, create and update meetings, manage attendees and schedule recurring events.
Setting up the workflow. Start in Customize β Connectors β "+": select a service, click Connect/Install and sign in. Then enable the services you need in the chat through "+" β Connectors. You can connect Amplitude from the directory or through remote MCP with OAuth authentication.
To create an artifact, enable Cloud code execution and file creation in Settings β Capabilities. On Team and Enterprise, this setting is under Organization settings β Capabilities. Then, in any chat, you can ask: "Find the users who used <feature> most often last week. Create an artifact with the top 10 by usage frequency, then contact them and schedule 15-minute conversations." By default, Claude asks for confirmation before sending each email through Gmail.
You can compile this list in an artifact on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Connecting apps directly to an artifact is available on paid plans. Gmail and Google Calendar are available to all Claude and Claude Desktop users; on Team and Enterprise, an Owner or Primary Owner must enable them first.
Under Amplitude's terms as of Oct 7, 2026, MCP is available on all plans, including Free. There is no separate fee per user, connection or tool call, but Amplitude's limits and the costs of the AI client you use still apply.
In this workflow, Claude handles everything from selecting users based on analytics to inviting them to a conversation.
