Scinode: AI agents deliver a new material to the customer in 2 months instead of a year
Scimplify raised $25M for an AI agent platform that cuts the path from ordering a new material to delivery from 12β18 months to two.

A customer needs a new chemical to meet its spec. The usual path from request to delivery takes 12β18 months; at Scimplify it takes two.
The time is cut not by people but by a set of AI agents: the Scinode platform works backward from the customer's requirement and picks the production route, equipment and site.
How it's built. The agents are split into three roles: research, manufacturing and quality control. They maintain a map of 500-plus vetted sites and track batch quality and regulatory requirements as the work goes on.
The numbers are growing. The annual revenue run rate tripled in a year to $200M, and the target for the next 12 months is twice that. In March 2025 the company was valued at $150M; after the new round, at $250M.
The $25M round was led by Hitachi Ventures, with the company's customers Henkel and Teknor Apex putting in money. In total, Scimplify has raised $80M in equity since its founding in 2023.
Scinode is open to public sign-up with two entry points, for researchers and for manufacturers; pricing has not been disclosed.
The company promises to enter the US and Japan within a year, with $7.5M of the round earmarked for the US.
