WhatsApp chatbot instructions leaked into help page code, where users never saw them

From Sep 4, 2026, the code of 80 of WhatsApp's 545 help pages contained 102 blocks of instructions for the AI support chatbot. Users never saw these blocks on the page, and Meta calls the cause a bug.
