Anthropic's risk reports now come out every 3–6 months: the safety policy was rewritten from scratch

Anthropic published Responsible Scaling Policy v3.0 on Feb 24, 2026, a full rewrite of its safety policy. Two new elements: the Frontier Safety Roadmap and Risk Reports.
