Cosmos3-H-Dreams: AI generates a surgery scene for a VR headset on a single GPU at 43 frames per second

NVIDIA released Cosmos3-H-Dreams on Oct 20, 2026 on GitHub and Hugging Face: a 15.17 billion parameter model that generates scenes of clinical cholecystectomy. The previous version worked with the dVRK rig for tabletop tasks; the new one is scaled to the CMR Surgical Versius surgical platform.
