TorchTPU: PyTorch apps move from Nvidia GPUs to TPUs without rewriting code

Google released TorchTPU, a tool for moving PyTorch apps from Nvidia GPUs to TPUs. Zenteiq.ai's client on GKE grew from 1.47 to 5.97 billion tokens a day on 1,000 TPU v6e, roughly fourfold. Amazon announced a TorchNeuron analog on Oct 19, one day before Google.
