Row-Bot 5.0 on Ollama: local model found a 10% rent increase in a test lease against a 5% cap

The qwen3.8:27b model in [Ollama](/tools/ollama) runs on a 5090 graphics card with no cloud or API keys, at about 15 tokens per second. On made-up documents, it found on its own a 10% rent increase in a lease against a 5% limit, and a likely leak in water bills.
