Meta expands its right to crawl sites for AI training: now any business with a Facebook Page

From Oct 30, 2026, Meta's terms give any business with a Facebook Page the right to crawl sites for AI training, not only advertisers. The new terms do not mention robots.txt, although Meta says access is still blocked through it.
