Ming-3.0-audio-flash: open model listens to audio and replies with voice, MIT license

On Oct 21, Ant Group released the open audio model Ming-3.0 Audio with weights and code under the MIT license. Flash has 126B parameters, with 6.5B active per request; there is also a compact tiny version with 9.3B parameters, 2.7B of them active.
