AI compute moves closer to data: NVIDIA partners expand capacity in Europe and Africa

On Oct 21, NVIDIA announced that cloud partners in Europe, the Nordic countries, Africa and Central Asia are expanding regional AI capacity. Three pillars were named: sovereignty, open models and safe operation of AI agents.
