Carbon: Hugging Face releases an open model that completes DNA like text

Weights, training code and data are released under Apache 2.0. There are three sizes: 500 million, 3 billion and 8 billion parameters, with a native context of 32,768 tokens and about 197,000 base pairs. A demo on Hugging Face Spaces shows DNA autocompletion, mutation scoring and translation into protein.
