Shell startup files no longer run outside the Claude Code sandbox: fixed in 2.1.309

[Claude Code](/tools/claude-code) released version 2.1.309 on Oct 22. Previously, before every Bash command in the sandbox on macOS and Linux, shell startup files ran outside it. Now they don't.
