Ads with AI content in Pennsylvania must be labeled: fines up to $3,000

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro signed SB 806 on Oct 22, 2026. Ads that AI created or significantly altered must now carry a label. The label is required if such material creates a false impression about a product, a service, their origin or authenticity.
