Pay for AI by completed tasks: Ema raises $77 million
On September 23, 2026, Ema raised $77 million in a Series B round. Creaegis led the round, while Accel, S32 and Prosus increased their investments. Ema's total funding reached $140 million, and its valuation grew more than fourfold from the previous round.

Previously, enterprise AI services were bought by seat count or token usage. Ema ties pricing to completed tasks and business outcomes.
Its GWE works with more than 150 frontier and open source models, connects to hundreds of applications and performs thousands of actions. The platform can be deployed within a company, and it masks sensitive data before sending it to models. Initial access opens after registering with Ema.
Customer growth. Ema reports 50-fold revenue growth over 24 months. The company cites more than 50 enterprise customers, including Google and Microsoft, more than 1 million active users, and 5 million processed actions and requests. A typical customer adds another 2–3 use cases to its first deployment.
In the case of an unnamed global systems integrator, Ema serves 240 000 employees in 65 countries, automates more than 100 processes and handles 2,9 million requests a year. The company says it cut response time from days to seconds and prevented 60% of tickets.
In another case, Ema took a global conglomerate with $50 billion in revenue from concept to production in 4 weeks. The platform connected more than 20 systems, serves 40 000 employees and, according to the company, increased efficiency by 70% while reducing ticket volume by 30%.
Ema is betting on a model where enterprise AI is measured by completed tasks rather than employee count and tokens.
