Medical requests at Ingosstrakh are processed faster: AI doubles speed
On September 23, 2026, Ingosstrakh reported a twofold acceleration in processing medical requests with AI. The company developed and deployed its own recognition model.
Requests were previously processed at the same speed. Now Ingosstrakh attributes the twofold acceleration to its own recognition model.
The model is already used to process medical requests.
