New Suno model faces another lawsuit: labels identify 60,202 disputed recordings

On Sep 18, Sony, UMG, and affiliated labels sued Suno, alleging that 60,202 recordings were copied without a license. The plaintiffs say v6 continues the infringement through outputs and preference data from previous models. Suno says it trained v6 on licensed partner content, community works, and the team's accumulated work.
