Radisson's ChatGPT plugin built in 6 weeks: Accenture used AI agents
According to OpenAI, the booking conversion rate through the Radisson plugin in July–August 2026 was roughly 1.5 times that of organic search.

Accenture built and launched the Radisson Hotels plugin in 6 weeks using AI agents. It finds hotels directly within a conversation about a trip.
Radisson gained another way to guide travelers toward a booking. In a regular chat, users can refine dates, budget and preferences, then get a direct booking link for their chosen hotel. Payment takes place outside ChatGPT.
No separate command. Previously, users typed @RadissonHotels before their request. Now the installed plugin automatically appears in ChatGPT when the conversation involves a relevant trip, according to Accenture's Brittney Kantor.
How to connect. Open the Radisson Hotels listing in ChatGPT and click Install plugin. Radisson Hotel Group is listed as the developer. To invoke it explicitly, start a new chat with @RadissonHotels and describe your trip, such as a family weekend in Amsterdam.
Since its launch on Jul 28, 2026, the plugin has searched more than 1,000 hotels in more than 100 countries. It shows current prices, availability and amenities, and plots hotel locations on an interactive map.
In Radisson's ChatGPT advertising campaigns, 54% of recorded checkout and booking events were attributed to ad views using view-through attribution, according to OpenAI. This metric describes how advertising results are attributed.
Accenture uses the same MCP server and Radisson plugin API for the ChatGPT advertising use case.
