Meta Muse agent starts free, OpenAI Dot entry from $100 a month
Meta Muse launched on September 8, 2026 in the US and Canada, with a free plan of up to 100M tokens per week and paid plans at $20 and $100 per month. The first OpenAI Dot requires a paid ChatGPT subscription from $100 per month.

Until now, an agent in a chat replied with text. Now Muse acts on its own: in its cloud machine with a browser, it buys things, fills in forms, plans trips, writes emails, and tracks prices. Before purchases and emails, it asks for permission. Dot works inside ChatGPT: it handles recurring tasks, reads local files, and searches connected apps; it goes online with your permission.
Getting into Muse. Even free access requires a payment card. Connect one service, check its permissions, and start with one limited task. Training on your data is on by default, and you turn it off manually. Muse is for adults 18 and over only for now.
Dot pricing. Business Premium costs $100 per user per month with annual billing or $125 with monthly billing. Dot does not yet draw from subscription limits; according to MindStudio, this is a temporary measure to support growth.
Muse glasses will come out later, with no date.
