Anthropic Draft Law Would Trigger Only at 50 Deaths or $1 Billion in Damage

Anthropic privately sent members of Congress a draft federal law on frontier AI safety. It triggers at $1 billion or more in damage, or at the death or serious injury of more than 50 people. The draft is called the Advanced AI Framework.
