AI is not displacing creators, it is expanding the market: demand for these services grew 2.5x
Demand for services using neural networks grew 2.5 times year over year, according to Avito Services in a publication dated September 19, 2026. Businesses are looking for specialists in chatbots, AI agents, branded content, and automation. In summer 2026, Avito Services added a dedicated category and filter for them.
Previously, photography, video, branding, and visual communications were largely available only to major corporations with their own agencies. Now, lower per-unit content costs are increasing order volume: in February–March 2026, photography orders rose 6 times year over year, animation and video editing orders 4 times, and social media promotion orders 18%. About 30% of customers ordering AI services on the platform are businesses, which most often need chatbots and AI agents, branded content, and training.
On Avito Services, demand has already shifted from generating images and text to chatbots, AI assistants, and process automation.
