Previously, Higgsfield Games used Kimi K3 by default, while Claude was connected through a custom connector. Opus 5.5 is now available through Higgsfield MCP: add the URL `https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp` in Settings → Connectors, sign in to Higgsfield, and describe the game in plain text.
Cost of use. On September 22, Anthropic said that Opus 5.5 is 40% cheaper and more than 30% faster than Opus 5 on typical tasks. In the API, Opus 5.5 costs $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens, versus $10 and $50 for GPT-6 Astra. The average starting price of a game in Higgsfield Games is $3,50, while regenerating visuals or audio consumes credits.
In Higgsfield Games, the model is selected for each generation, although Kimi K3 remains the default in the interface.
