Meta’s AI glasses go camera-free: Ray-Ban Meta Audio last up to 12 hours
On September 23, Meta opened preorders for Ray-Ban Meta Audio: the camera-less glasses run for up to 12 hours. Clubmaster starts at $349, with shipping beginning October 13.
Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 has a 12-megapixel camera, but a single charge lasts up to 9 hours. Meta Audio keeps music, podcasts, calls, and voice access to an AI assistant while removing the camera: it runs a third longer.
Choices are already open. The official Ray-Ban catalog lets you choose Clubmaster or Burbank, with 23 frame-and-lens combinations available in total. Connection requires Android 10 or later or iOS 17 or later.
Ray-Ban Meta Audio shipping will begin on October 13, 2026.
