OpenClaw Can Run in a Sandbox: NVIDIA Assembles NemoClaw with a Single Command
On Sep 28, NVIDIA released OpenShell v0.1.2, which runs OpenClaw in a sandbox without code changes.
Previously, OpenClaw worked without an NVIDIA integration. Now NemoClaw installs Nemotron and OpenShell with a single command, while OpenShell puts OpenClaw in a sandbox.
First launch. On macOS with Apple Silicon and Linux, NVIDIA recommends installing the CLI, creating a sandbox, and launching OpenCode inside it with the free `nvidia/nemotron-3.5-lightning:free` model through OpenRouter. Windows via WSL 2 and Docker Desktop is still experimental.
NVIDIA plans to release stable OpenShell builds once a week, on Tuesdays.
