Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor is free: Cline offers it at no charge
On Sep 29, Cline made Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor free through Cline Provider. The model supports a 1,048,576-token context window and accepts text, images, video, audio, and PDFs. In VS Code, select it through API Provider → Cline after signing in to your account.

Previously, free models in Cline were available through a promotion until the quota was reached. Now Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor is marked with a FREE tag in the Cline Provider selector.
Access pricing. In Meta Model API, Contributor costs $0.10 per 1 million input tokens and $0.20 per 1 million output tokens. Meta has the right to use Contributor prompts and completions to train future models, so Standard is required for private code.
Cline already runs across six surfaces, from the extension to the CLI and Desktop.
