The decision here depends not on AI quality, but on whether you need a Tilda site: AI speeds up work in the builder but does not replace it.

Who it is for. For those already building with Tilda or choosing a website builder with a contract for a Russian legal entity and payment in rubles. The AI assistant writes block copy and assembles pages from scratch, while Vibe Block creates quizzes, calculators, and other custom blocks directly in the editor, without a developer or an agency order. Yandex is among the generation providers, so the AI layer does not depend solely on foreign APIs.

Who it is not for. For those expecting vibecoding as a platform: Vibe Block is limited to 100 requests a month even on Business, and serious iteration on one block consumes a week's allowance. Tilda will not build an app with logic and a database: it builds websites. Image generation is currently open to a limited group of users.

Tilda's AI layer has two distinct mechanics: an assistant for copy and pages, growing since 2023, and Vibe Block for custom blocks, launched on 13.05.2026.

The assistant writes copy. Invoked with an asterisk in any text field: headlines, service descriptions, button copy. It can rewrite, simplify, make text longer or shorter, and keeps a generation history. Works on all plans, including Free; the limit is 100 requests a day.

The assistant builds a page from scratch. From a description of up to 700 characters, it selects blocks, writes copy, and adds images; you can specify the color scheme. Since 17.07.2026, the "Follow exactly" mode makes it adhere more strictly to the prompt.

Vibe Block creates custom blocks. Describe in words what should be on screen and how it should behave, and the block is assembled in seconds with project styles taken into account: fonts, colors, spacing. Refinements happen in chat, like a conversation with a frontend developer. What it builds: quizzes and calculators, timelines and schedules, rankings, forms with service integrations. Since 23.07.2026, you can upload file context (pdf, txt, css) and video to the chat.

Vibe Block code is standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: open it with the "Code" button and edit it manually. Tilda support does not advise on code questions: this is the clear boundary between a website builder and programming.

Image generation: not for everyone yet. Up to 15 generations per 12 hours on paid plans, but as of 19.08.2026 the feature is open to a limited group of users and does not work in Zero Block.

Nothing to install: Tilda runs in the browser and opens from Russia without workarounds.

From Russia: standard sign-up, no workarounds. A separate platform version, tilda.ru, works for Russia (tilda.kz and tilda.by for Kazakhstan and Belarus): the contract is made with Russian JSC Tilda Publishing, payment is in rubles by Russian card or bank transfer for legal entities. This is the main difference from Wix, which has officially not served Russian residents since 12.09.2024.

Everything is in the browser. Tilda is a web builder: the editor, AI assistant, and Vibe Block all live on the site, with nothing to install. AI features are included in plans: there is no separate "AI" subscription.

Try it free. The Free plan provides one website and the text AI assistant (100 requests a day); Vibe Block on Free is limited to five requests per 12 hours and twenty a month, enough to understand how it works but not enough to work with it.

Tilda's catalog score is about its AI layer, not the builder's popularity.

The "+AI" chip is about an honest score. Hundreds of thousands of people search for Tilda each month, but they search for a website builder, not AI. That is why the vibecoding.tech index measures demand for Tilda's AI features, queries such as "tilda ai", rather than the brand as a whole. The score is honestly small: it reflects the weight of the AI layer, not the weight of Tilda.

This way, the catalog does not mix two different questions. How popular is Tilda? Very. How popular is AI in Tilda? Still modestly. Measurement using AI-related phrases will appear in the catalog row with the next weekly recalculation.

Pay for the website builder: AI is included. There is no separate AI plan: limits are included in the regular subscription, and requests beyond the limit can be purchased in your account. There is no public price list for request bundles: the price is visible only in the account.

No authorship of generated content. Tilda's terms are explicit: "under no circumstances can generated content be considered the result of the user's creative work." The user is responsible for publication; the vendor does not guarantee accuracy or uniqueness.

Prompts go to external providers. Generation is performed by third-party services: Google, OpenAI, and Yandex Foundation Models; the vendor does not disclose which model works in which platform version. Prompts may not contain personal data or images of real people.

For a brochure website, these terms are background noise. They matter if you generate content you plan to claim rights to or work with sensitive customer data.

The choice is not "who is better," but what work you need done. Vibe Block competes not with website builders, but with AI builders - Lovable, v0, Bolt (links below).

A business website for years - Tilda. The Vibe Block result immediately lives within a site with CRM, payment processing, and hosting; there is nothing to deploy. The trade-off is the block grid constraints and a limit of 100 requests per month.

Product from a description - Lovable, v0, Bolt. There, AI builds a custom application and provides orders of magnitude more generations, but the result is a separate project that needs deployment and an international card.
