Claude Code v2.1.271 launched on 14 September 2026: a host fast mode setting or the `/fast` command now applies to Remote sessions on cloud and self-hosted runners when permitted by the organization. The release also added per-command `allowed_domains` for Bash, PowerShell and Monitor, plus `omitClaudeMd` for custom and plugin subagents.
