Codex limits reset on their own: OpenAI ran a global reset on Sep 29
On Sep 29, OpenAI rolled out a global Codex reset worldwide. It was automatically applied to eligible limits and did not create a saved reset.

Banked reset must be enabled manually in Settings → Usage. OpenAI applies the global reset automatically to eligible limits in Codex.
If the percentage did not update immediately, OpenAI recommends refreshing or reopening the Usage page and checking the account or workspace.
A full banked reset updates the 5-hour and weekly limit windows and changes the date of the next weekly reset.
