Grok Bot works with the team: Team Bots share files and expertise

Previously, a Grok Bot was created for one user's task. Now a Team Bot retains the team's shared context, plugins, permissions, and memory, while members' personal conversations and memories remain separate.
Getting started and pricing. Team Bots includes ready-made roles for sales, product management, marketing, and data analytics. A standard Grok Bot is included with Cursor Pro for $20, SuperGrok for $30, and Cursor Teams for $40 per seat per month. Subscriptions have a weekly limit, while additional tasks are charged by token price.
To set one up, you need a qualifying subscription, the desktop app for macOS, Windows, or Linux, and the site or app for the first task. Create a new Bot through New or Cmd/Ctrl+N, then set its name, label, description, avatar, and specific job.
Shared workspace. All of a user's Bots share one cloud computer, including files, browser sessions, and permissions. Deleting a Bot does not delete those files and sessions, and Bot tasks do not consume Grok or Cursor quotas.
The Engineering Team Bot connects Slack, Notion, Linear, Hex, Datadog, and Cursor. SpaceXAI says it helped a five-person team ship more than 100 PRs a day while building Team Bots, while Harper built a Bot in 24 hours to find customers with lapsed policies and saved them more than $120,000 across hundreds of policies.
Team Bots remains in public beta, while ready-made roles already cover sales, product, marketing, and analytics.
