Gemini CLI less likely to get stuck at sign-in: Sep 29 nightly build

On Sep 29, the Gemini CLI v0.63.0 nightly build fixed an infinite authorization loop. The bug was caused by contention over files, a headless keyring, and lost supervisor state.
