Move contentious decisions from code into the model: OpenRouter will return probabilities
On Sep 29, OpenRouter added a skill for coding agents: the Decisions API returns 3 types of judgments with probabilities instead of text. It moves routing, classification, moderation, and checks into the model.

Previously, these steps had to be built from rules in code. Now the agent finds them in the project and converts them to the Decisions API, while the application decides whether to publish the result, hold it, or reject it.
Installing the skill. You need GitHub CLI version 2.90.0 or later: `gh skill install OpenRouterTeam/skills openrouter-decisions`. For the first request, an OpenRouter key and `@openrouter/sdk@1.3.17` are enough; the `typesafe/jev-1.13` model costs $0.042 per 1 million input tokens.
The boundary for code. The skill recommends leaving arithmetic, search, and date comparisons to regular code. The model is for cases where probabilities help make a decision or send an edge case for manual review.
In OpenRouter's example, a 0.8 threshold sent 2 of 24 labeled listings for manual review.
