The old credit model was removed: quotas reset daily and weekly, rather than from a monthly pool. The official page does not publish exact quota numbers by plan - "light quota" on Free, "standard" on Pro, "significantly higher" on Max. There is no "message = $X" formula: usage depends on the model and mode. Limits go stale - check before buying.
