Lovable connects Microsoft data on every plan: 8 connectors for work tasks
Email, documents and spreadsheets are available for building apps, while publishing within a company is rolling out in preview.

Lovable + @Microsoft: build tools that reduce manual work with your Microsoft data. Connectors are available today. Publishing apps in your company's Microsoft environment through Copilot Managed Runtime is gradually rolling out in public preview.

Since Sep 28, 8 Microsoft connectors have been available in Lovable on all plans. Apps can work with email, files and documents.
Lovable connects work data to apps you build in chat. The connectors support working with messages and reading and writing spreadsheets and documents. Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft sign-in for the apps you build are also available on all plans.
The connectors are already available, while Microsoft and Lovable are rolling out publishing through Copilot Managed Runtime in public preview. Standard Lovable publishing works for public apps. Managed Runtime publishes apps within an organization.
How to connect Microsoft data
Connecting data. In Lovable, open Connectors, select a product and click Add connection. Fill in Display name, click Connect, sign in to Microsoft and accept the permissions. Then ask Lovable to link the connection to your project.

How to publish an app within your company
Publishing for colleagues. Copilot Managed Runtime requires a Business or Enterprise plan, a Microsoft work account and an administrator to configure the organization. Create a project explicitly specifying Copilot Managed Runtime, connect your Microsoft work account in chat and click Publish. The link will appear in App URL, and access for colleagues is configured in the Microsoft app portal.
On Enterprise, an administrator first enables the connector through Connectors → Admin settings → App + chat connectors. You can choose Admins or Editors & admins. On Business, Admins is selected by default.
According to Lovable's Sep 28 estimate, the one-time organization setup takes about 20 minutes. An administrator grants admin consent to the Lovable managed apps application in Entra. They then enable Allow external artifact deployment under Power Platform admin center → Manage → Environment groups → GreenZone → Rules.
Free, Pro and personal Microsoft accounts cannot use this publishing option. Managed Runtime apps run only within the organization and do not use Lovable Cloud databases, secrets or backend functions.
Running apps is billed through Power Apps Premium or Managed Application Copilot Credits. According to Microsoft Learn documentation dated Sep 29, each API call consumes 0.1 credits when paying with credits. Launching the app itself is also billed.
Can you build an app through the CLI
Microsoft also described building apps through GitHub Copilot CLI in documentation dated Sep 25. First, run two commands:

After restarting the CLI, run `/microsoft-managed-apps:create-app`. The plugin will install the required dependencies automatically.
Colleagues can access the published app through the Microsoft app portal.
